Rename and change the logo to:

Vancouver Titanics - Best of it's kind, sunk on its first maiden voyage..........in April!

don't mind the jersey, it's the little logo on the helmets that look out of place.

I actually agree. In what way is the orca part of the Canucks' identity? The only reason their logo was an orca in the first place is because the team used to be owned by Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment (not sure if that was their official name or not). The team is no longer owned by Orca Bay and the logo is honestly pretty much meaningless and without any relevance to the "Vancouver Canucks".

Honestly, I think the team should adopt the Johnny Canuck logo and image. Who else saw those Johnny Canuck videos? I thought those were the coolest things and the Johnny Canuck character seems to be a great image for this team. Also, the logo would actually be relevant to the name.

The Orca Bay name came about because of the logo, not the other way around. If they had adopted Johnny Canuck at that time, they wouldn't have named the parent company Orca Bay.

My bad. Didn't know that.

Still, I think the Johnny Canuck image is great, at least the way in which he was portrayed in those videos. Should an entire organization go and fashion themselves after one fan's cool video? Absolutely not, but I will say that that the Canucks organization needs a culture and identity change and the character in those videos symbolizes everything the Canucks should be.

Would be a fantastic image, IMO.

I liked the black and yellow skate

If you like looking at statistics to determine who's better, you're just a casual fan.

2.41 season GAA isn't very impressive. Let's not get into playoffs and his SV%.

Cory Schneider is the next Patrick Roy.

Will take some big changes for that to happen and it seems like this team loves the Euro model which almost always fails in the playoffs.

Watch Bowness somehow mess up Tampa Bay's already amazing 2 powerplay units...he'll probably tell Stamkos to do drop passes from centre ice, take him out from the faceoff dot, and place him infront of the goalie

Well it sure didn't take long for the "change the jerseys" threads.....

And there was a reason they dropped the Johnny "The Frenchman" Canuck logo when they joined the NHL.

Don't take anything I say seriously! EVER!
