bronski beat
something that sprung to my mind now is that our first round pick should be around 21-18. who do you like?
goalie13
Unless there is a trade, the Canucks will pick at 26.
forevernucks19
We should trade for Landeskog!!!!! but I highly doubt that will happen because he has 3 more years with the Avs. I would LOVE to see Landeskog and the Twins play together!!!!!!! Bilbro Baggins
Since we won the President's trophy, the lowest we could've possibly drafted was 26th, and seeing as we didn't make the conference finals, that is where we will pick. If we didn't win the league, or the conference, then our pick would be lower.

goalie13
I did a little searching, and according to Central Scouting, the 26th ranked player is Dalton Thrower. He plays D for the Saskatoon Blades. He's from North Van. It could be a good fit.

ChuckNORRIS4Cup
What's the point of drafting players with MG? They just get traded anyways.

King_Canuckian
I thought the draft pick was dependent on how you finished in the playoffs, and then your point total... meaning a first round exit = pick #22 or so...?

Chicken Souvlaki
Good article on Dalton Thrower. He's a Canucks fan who models his game after Kevin Bieksa. http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/jrhockey-buzzing-the-net/draft-tracker-5-questions-dalton-thrower-saskatoon-blades-140517195.html
Kryten
My choices would be Colton Sissons, Stefan Matteau or Thomas Wilson. I don't mind Dalton Thrower, I just think that these three will be solid NHLers in the future.

Ẉolverine
Murray, Dumba or Forsberg when we trade Luongo, Bieksa and Raymond to Columbus for their 2nd overall pick. Bring on the cup.
sdnucksfan
pick up some skill to replace the sedins, burrows, kesler, or someone else who might not be here in around 4 years. That, or a big D guy capable of playing in the NHL right now, at pick 26 we wont get that tho. anyone have a link to this years draft class?
