I asked this question on another topic but haven't gotten a reply:

Can he play in the AHL next year?

I thought you had to be 20 by new years if you're coming out of junior.

But ... this article says that the Wolves say he will be eligible: http://www2.canada.c...html?id=6477499

The quote is "According to the Wolves, Jensen is eligible to play in the AHL next season."

What's the deal? I'd love to see him with the Wolves +call ups. Great for development and allows him to make the jump, if ready, with a landing spot if he still needs seasoning.

Is drafting Corey Perry barely 10 spots after Ryan Getzlaf also confusing to you? How about trading for a powerforward coming off a 28g season when you already have David Backes? What about drafting Ryane Clowe when you already have Joe Thornton & Patrick Marleau? Etc, etc.

Is that also confusing?

You want 3 PWF in our top 6? That would be 2 PWF on a line. Unless you want Jensen/Kassian playing a checking role on the 3rd? Come on, Kassian and Jensen need top 6 minutes, not bottom 6.

Did the Bruins even have 3 PWF in their top 6?

I think we can all agree that Booth sucked all year.

Jensen should get more time to develop. Let him dominate the AHL for 1/2 years, trade Booth, bring Jensen up to replace Booth.

Hence-when you talk about Cody "the slamming saumon" Hodgson, the trade could have been made this summer.

Hence-when you talk about Grabner, personally I prefer Ballard.

Hence-when you talk about Jensen, I'd prefer he hansen a good year developing with Kassian the Badassian in the AHL.

Gike Millis is not dumb, its so easy for everyone to forget he got Erhoff for Patrick White,. How come know ones complaining about that one?
