Guest BuckFoston
Now we get to watch LA stream-roll Phoenix, just like they did the Canucks and the Blues....

Walking Paradox
I'd consider Mike Fisher our untrade-able player because of what he brings to the games. And I'm not talking about on the ice...

yes we can nucks
Time to Start Lindback OK, we all know Pekka Rinne is an elite goalie. But let me finish Lindback is just as good if not better. He has great numbers over the starts that he's seen, and he is more than ready for an NHL starter job. Pekka is going to cost us $7M next season so Lindback is cheaper too. I would trade Rinne and Kline (we all know he's done here) to New Jersey for Parise and a 3rd.
yes we can nucks
And do you know what's 'funnier'? St. Loo got swept by LA with the top goalie in the regular season, Brian Elliott in net. He and Halak won the Jennings this season. Halak went down with an injury in round one and Elliott had to carry the ball with no safety net in round two. He buckled under the pressure and failed miserably with uncharacteristic 'soft' goals. Funny what pressure will do to a hot young backup who is normally 'composed', eh? realnucksfan2010
I wouldn't change a damn thing, great team from the net out, focus on drafting well and developing young talent, then sit back and enjoy the ride. This team is going to be very good for years to come.
ahf149
realcanucksfan. I think these people are being sarcastic. Nashville has never passed the second round, and we give the Canucks a hard time for losing in the first round this year, despite having a banner season yet again. I wouldnt be so surprised though if Nashville thinks about a coaching change. Trotz has been there a very long time. Hes a great coach, but hes never passed the second round. They might need a different look. Nashville was the team to beat this year. The stock piled on defensmen...they need offense BADLY. The Russian experience was just BAD all around. Its too bad that these guys are great players, but why do they have to be so damn lazy. Ovechkin is the only one that really cares about his team ...and it even took him a bit to mature that way. Suter is gone, and Weber is more than likely only going to sign another one year deal ....he will want out. Can you imagine a Suter on our back end?? *drool*

AV.
The Coyotes system is certainly much more defensively stable then Philadelphia and Tampa's but the issues with Bryz are legit. It isn't like he is making the routine saves and struggling with the onslaught of scoring chances, he has been giving up some mind boggling bad goals this year. There have been many different theories the top two include Bryz doesn't handle the pressure of a big market well and the other being a rumor that Flyers goalie coach Jeff Reese was in hot water after he told Bryz to add some weight and Bryz has been playing 10 pounds heavier making him slower and his mechanics shift a bit off. Ether way it goes deeper then the system for sure. Story of his season...
