Might As Well Rename The Team To Millionaires

No more hullabaloo about this team not winning the Cup.

When fans look up the rafters of Rogers Arena, they'd exclaim "Yay! We got one! Woohoo!"

Then the city celebrates the centennial in 2015...Confetti falls along Georgia St..

Imagine your favorite players wearing the "V" emblazoned on their jerseys replacing the Orca.

This is most probably the best proposal posted in CDC today! :P

Ironically, the difference between the 1915 SC winning Millionaires and the current Nucks is there are probably way more millionaires playing for the Nuck's than there ever were even millionaires owning the team called the Millionaires.

The name' Millionaires' works as a description of the players today, more than it ever did in the past.

Terrible idea. They have always been the Canucks and they will always be the Canucks. Do the Ottawa Senators celebrate their 1906 Stanley Cup and say "Yay, we got one!"

I think the Millionaires Heritage Classic jerseys would be cool though. The Canucks do own the right to the logo and uniform, so it could happen.
