I didn't agree to that trade or send it in...

- i told him and the GM that I'll wait on my short list before deciding. I want my pick back.

Why do people make posts like this, your team has four bleeding players.

That was vetoed...I would've given you a pick if my list was gone. Also, the new PM isn't in my inbox.

I didn't get no NEW PM. That was the old one...

I honestly don't care, you can keep the pick if you want. A re-confirmation would've been nice but if that's want you want that's cool. #goodluck.

The point when you know that you have no chance of winning an argument like this.

On a side note I'm getting my new stick today! might go for the total one !

I'm going to laugh at all the GM's trading for high up picks and tanking out during the later rounds cause that's when it counts of course.

Of course the draft has to be complete, but I just feel we'll know are contenders and pretenders before round 10.

I'm going to laugh at people trying to decide contenders and pretenders before a single game has been played. Who would have thought LA would have won the cup?

Well after Sutter was hired, I don't think a long Cup run was out of the question. But the whole
"deciding who are pretenders and contenders" is just on paper for now, I don't see what's do wrong about it.

Nothing wrong with it, it's just really pointless.

So did the Flyers, Bruins, Canucks, and Detroit.... Very few people predicted LA as finishing as the cup contenders, especially midway through the season.

his question was BEFORE the season. I predicted they would win the cup. They had Richards, Doughty, Quick, Johnson, Gagne, Brown, Kopitar, and people even thought Penner could redeem his 30 goal season. And with the additions of Carter midway through the season, they got even better.

EDIT: Where is your source that said no one predicted L.A. to win the cup?

Before the season started very few people thought LAK would win the cup. Most were pegging Boston, Vancouver, PIttsburgh or Washington.

You want to know what you remind me of. You remind me of those wannabe hindsight GM's. It's easy to say that you predicted such and such after it happened. You probably were one of those kids who said that we should have drafted Kopitar over Luc Bourdon( R.I.P Luc). I got news for you buddy it's easy to look back to the past and say that we should have taken Henrik Zetterberg, or stolen Pavel Datysuk... or maybe hell not even drafted Patrick White. You are right in the term that they had a solid core, but no one predicted them to start breaking out this year. People saw them as a contender for a playoff spot easily, but no one could predict that they would win the cup. My proof?

EA Sports, who has correctly guessed the finalist predicted a CHICAGO vs Pittsburgh final with Crosby hoisting his second cup in his career... which was promptly posted on TSN.

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=377442

Also need i remind you all experts on the NHL website chose the Canucks over the Kings in a varying number of games... meaning that no one expected them to even make that big of a dent into the Playoffs.

Obviously games can never perfectly simulate real life. and NHL 12 has more than proven it this season. After the projected Stanley Cup-winning Pittsburgh Penguins were eliminated – and nearly every other projected stat or series outcome was shown to be inaccurate – fans of the NHL series were forced to concede that no amount of digital analysis or strategy was a match for a professional athlete’s personal drive.

http://gamerant.com/...gs-dyce-151647/

In conclusion it is very easy to say that everyone (other then fans who predict their team to win the cup every year) that very few to none of us could see the Kings hoisting the Stanley cup in 2012. Oh and a hint next time do a little research before blindly posting... it'll help your reputation a bit.

Nobody cares that you predicted them to win the Cup before the season started. Only people like HockeyyInsiderr care about getting it right first.

Lol you lose all credibility using Yahoo answers.

OBVIOUSLY some people predicted LA to win the cup. Hell some people probably picked the Leafs.

As a general consensus, not many people thought they would win the cup.
