Semin will sign with a team this year, be an absolute force in the league, be one of the most dangerous threats on the ice night in and night out with a real coach who believes in his abilities, and you will all eat your words. Great teams NEED that one guy who can change a game just by his explosiveness and offensive abilities. A guy who can create a play and finish it BY himself. The Sedins are great players, but if one Sedin is off, the other is off as well. Semin can create chances for himself and, even if they are far in between, one prolific play in a game is what it takes to turn the momentum to your side. Boston had their Ryder. Los Angeles has their Kopitar. Look at the Rangers, they have their Gaborik. A guy who can take the puck and do something magical with it by himself without the players around him.
