Are The Canucks The Most Successful Team To Have Not Won A Cup?

Probably. Its a god damn joke teams like LA have a path paved for them all the way to a cup. Vancouver's never had that type of help ever, and now LA is allowed all of a sudden to win their first cup ever, sick and tired of this crap.

The first time the Canucks got to the Cup, we were all saying how it was great to beat Calgary, but the Canucks weren't going to get by Edmonton unless LA pulled off the biggest upset ever, which they did.

The Canucks did not face a team which had finished the season with more points until they faced the Islanders in the finals. After Calgary (3 - 0), the Canucks beat LA (4 - 1), and Chicago (4 - 1) who beat the toughest teams in Campbell Conference (Edmonton and the North Stars). That was paving. If only Pittsburg had won that game 5 overtime game....

G.

I would go with STL or Buffalo , French Connection, Housley, Hawerchuck (sp), Bowman, Lafontaine, Almo, there are more. buffalo has had some very good teams, player, coaches, goalies

You don't have a clue, do you?

Kings had to take out the top 2 seeds to get where they are. They're getting this one easy round, and then they'll likely have to face the top seed in the East when they're done here.

We totally had the red carpet laid out for us in 2003. The Blues had us by the balls, but then they all got the flu, and we squeaked out of the first round. The top 3 seeds (Dallas, Detroit, and Colorado) were all eliminated by other teams. We got a 3-1 lead on the 6th seeded Wild, and all we had to do was finish them off and take out the 7th seeded Ducks... ...but the boys choked harder than pretty much any team has choked before in the history of choking.

THAT was far more help than LA has had. THAT was a freakin red carpet.

To be fair, the Kings beat a Sedin-less Canuck team (3-0 lead, so pretty much won), faced an inexperienced Blues team (in which Elliot was brutal), and now is facing a mediocre Coyotes team. The Kings will easily beat the Devils, and/or might be able to beat the Rangers.

In Vancouver's 3 Cup Finals, 1 was a dynasty, 1 was a stacked team, and the other time we were just too deflated by injuries.
