Any Film/video Editors On Here?

Hey,

This is the first time im editing using premiere pro cs6. I basically had a question about ovelapping video and audio from different sources.

For example,

if theres a shot of a woman saying a line and completing her line, i want the clip to stay on her while the other actor begins his line, then in the middle of the clip of the woman we cut to the man and we see him deliver his line and finish it. A seamless transition is what i need. The issue is that the audio and video are from different sources. Anyone with experience editing videos?

i also want to know the best way to mix the audio, should i do it after I have edited?
