Mr. Ambien
Actually, imports are generally good. They make them better for the export market than they do for the domestic. I was told that Budweiser sold in the UK and abroad is actually good.

Mr. Ambien
These age checks are annoying. Just let me in with my birth year (1970), without bothering with the month and day, since it was so long ago and I'm well old enough. Parents look after your own children and supervise their net activities, without putting the responsibility on the beer companies.

NucksPatsFan
Why is it that MGD in Canada is drastically different from the United States one? Friends and I always drink MGD here, we went to a friends cabin in Washington for a week and made a liquor store run and bought a 24 pack of MGD since it's "our group's beer," and my god it was like drinking poison. Mr. Ambien
What's ridiculous is they don't have to go through age checks to see liquor ads on TV or on billboards, but the Internet is somehow a whole different beast.
Buggernut
Imports to me are only different if the beer itself is different, but if it's brewed the same way with the same ingredients there's no reason imported and domestic should taste different at all. Sugar baby watermelon
There is a new wine store with micro micro brewery beers I have never heard of that are local and they charge around twelve to fourteen dollars a bottle, it's off the corner of Commercial and 1st where Wazubis used to be. High price but must be a quality beer.

ahzdeen
Cold beer? But seriously, the worst beers are the cheap crap generic beers -- they sell not because of quality but because of extensive marketing campaigns that many silly people fall for. The beers I refer to are: Molson, Labatt Blue, Budweiser (including Bud Light), Coors (including Coors Light), Miller (and Miller Light), Keystone, Corona, Heineken, Sapporo, Busch, Sam Adams, and so on..
