Squirrels.Gone.Wild
To me it looked like he was going for Rozsival's shoulder. The knee on knee was incidental.
srsface
But what if Bourdon became a superstar?
Trebreh
a 5 dollars fine for Brown and a 20 game suspension for Doan licking his lips. NHL is stupid like that.
Guest BuckFoston
you cant say it cost them the series... what if they did get a powerplay and kopitar scored a shorthanded goal?

Trebreh
No, but it very likely cost them the game. I think it actually started earlier with Smith losing his glove and refs doing eff all about it. They got a little rattled and it just went down hill from there. Seeing Lars go out and refs once again doing eff all about it was completely deflating.... and with what, like 2 mins or less left in the period? Just heartbreaking. They needed to go to the room and cool down, come back fresh. What a disappointment, good on Doan to let Brown know how he felt during handshakes. -Vintage Canuck-
Bob McKenzie: Based on NHL history, I don't believe league will view it as a knee-on-knee hit as much as a bodycheck with incidental leg on leg contact.

The Brahma Bull
Anyone find it weird how high=sticking penalties (whether incidental or not) are always penalties (unless it's a follow-through), but any other penalty has to be on purpose? Pretty stupid if you ask me.
