Calgary says they are not going into rebuild mode,,,2 possible goalie in the same category as Lu are not options right now. Vokun was injured much of last season, so there may be someone we are not aware of available Lu is by far the best option to teams like Tampa and Toronto. TT and Kipper may have been more attractive to many teams because their contracts are up after next season, but any team wanting and needing to win in the short term will have to take a longer look at Lu.
