A lot of players don't like Edmonton, and E-town is FAR more social of a city, and it is bigger than Winnipeg. BTW I hate Jets fines, few of them outside of Winnipeg have any Winnipeg routs. austy Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Only way the Canucks get Kane is if they pay out of their a$$, and that's with him asking for a trade. I could see a Turris situation where IMO Turris wanted to come back home to B.C. but settled for another team he liked because Canucks didn't want to give up what Phoenix was asking. If Kane holds out so will Winnipeg until he signs or goes to a team willing to give up what they're asking. I can't see Gillis giviing up the countless assets it would take to get Kane.
