HockeyHobo73
yeah.. i don't care how much you think you know about hockey... if you deal Schneider for Nash you go over the cap and handicap your own team
DeNiro
Columbus traded for Bobrovsky today, so we went from having a 20% chance of landing him to about a 5% chance.

KING ALBERTS
If you go over the cap, you make adjustments to get under the cap. That's quite hard to wrap your head around isn't it? I've been reading some of your posts, and you just like to go around and try to cause trouble. Gotta love the trolls and their useless input. aur0ra
I think Nash would look best on Spezza or Richards wing.
iLLmAtlc
You guys think this is true? Rick Nash to Ottawa with the only issue remaining being "budgetary" and it's in the owner's hands: According to RDS, last issue in Ottawa acquiring Rick Nash is budgetary. It is in Eugene Melnyk's hands now. #NHL #2012NHLDRAFT— TSN 1200 (@TSN1200) June 22, 2012
The Brahma Bull
Watch CBJ get completely fleeced like they usually do. Why is Howson still a GM?

Magikal
meh the basement cop can rest easy, apparently it was a fake account that started this whole CBJ OTT trade bollocks. Maybe he can bust me on my meth labs run by Ethiopian orphans that I have scattered throughout the lower mainland.
DeNiro
Ottawa would be dumb to do that. That would be a knee jerk trade based on the limitted playoff success they had this year. They're still a rebuilding team. Trading Zibanejad would be an idiotic move.
Tortorella's Rant
Howson wants a disgustingly unrealistic return for Nash evidently and no teams are biting.
-Vintage Canuck-
@TSNBobMcKenzie Teams interested in Rick Nash say asking price remains high and there's no sense out of CBJ anything is imminent. Likely to be post-July 1.
WiDeN
Anaheim will likely try to wait to trade Ryan until Nash is gone to get max value.
Ghostsof1915
Looking at Nash's stats. He seems to have peaked in 08-09. He's been slowly declining since then. To be fair he's playing for a joke of a hockey franchise. Getting an elite prospect, a player now, and a top end draft pick would be a good start to getting Columbus back on a solid footing (Sort of like the Staal deal). I'd rather make a deal to get Ryan Johansen from Columbus than Nash.
