Millerdraft
They might be two of the best players in franchise history, but they are not versatile enough; they are in fact a one act show. A Captain does it all. A Captain is an inspiration. Henrik inspires diving. He plays as if everything is due to him. So does Daniel. For example, instead of standing up for himself while being slapped around by a Boston prick, he was waiting for a call that never came. Malkin and Staal don't f*ck around. Strawberries
Pretty sure your wrong. More valuable if you like inconsistent diving players who rarely show up. More valuable eye candy for the ladies, sure. Kesler is SO overrated and if we landed Getzlaf, the real fans that know the game and what it takes to win would be saying Kesler who? Very quickly. Alex the Great
The Dub would be a sweet 3rd line C. But he is a bit pricey for the third line (4.2 i think)
Pears
Yeah,I doesn't even seem like we cansend cap other way either because that's what they're trying to lose.
Alex the Great
We currently have $15M+ in cap space. If NYR just wants to dump cap on us we can send them a prospect and a pick. Something like Sauvé and a 3rd.

ABurrows14
Getzlaf would be a beast centering our second line... If only we could get without losing Kesler, the twins, Burrows, Bieksa, Hamhuis, Edler and Schnieder. Daniel - Henrik - Burrows Booth - Getzlaf - _____ Higgins - Kesler - Hansen Malholtra - Lapierre - _____ We would barely need to use our 4th line unless we were protecting the lead. Alos, if Kassian somehow breaks out this season and miraculously fits well with the twins, Burrows can slot down on the second line and we'd have quite the stacked team. Kesler's ice time wont be decreased by too much (plus, it wouldn't hurt to rest Kesler as much as possible since he is coming back from surgery and we need him at 100% to log big minutes in the playoffs. Our powerplay would be unstoppable. Getzlaf would open up so much more space for everyone, and we'd likely have a unit that could move the puck better than any other team in the league. The Twins already create such nice plays, just imagine how much nicer the plays will be with arguably one of the best passers in the league joining two more of the best passers in the world. =)
westcoast
Big sniper for the Sedins. The missing ingredient to make Kesler Booth work. The hard hitting bottom sixes that Gillis can't seem to have any luck getting.Rock Defender or PP QB.Which problem might Mike solve Friday?
