Alex the Great
@RealKyper: #Canucks telling few #NHL interested teams they have multi offers on Luongo. Gillis still looking for a hockey trade rather than dump salary Didn't know where to put this sorry
CanuckRow
Gillis is looking for something that will make the team better, rather than trading Luongo for the sake of trading Luongo.

DeNiro
He has said all along, that if there's something that comes along that makes our team better now, he'll do it. That's why, all of these proposals for the 5th overall and Jake Gardiner are pretty unlikely, unless it's a 3 way trade where we use the assets to acquire a big name. Canucks_fo_life
Saw this on my twitter feed a little while ago, its good to see Gillis wont make the move just to dump salary, but a move that will benefit the team more than just getting rid of salary. MANGO
Good...There should be no reason to rush, he is still a goalie. I was thinking that really the odds of trading him this off season were slim and that the best time too trade is 1/4 of the way into the new season, when teams realize that their go too goalie is not preforming as anticipated. The Brahma Bull
I love this. MG gets to shop both of his goalies at the same time.
Canucksbiggestfan
I don't believe anything Kypreos says! Obviously MG is not just looking for a cap dump, Kypreos is full of crap he even said that Luongo would never win the cup once.

DeNiro
Teams will start to panic as the new season approaches and Gillis will sit their patiently holding the upperhand until one of them caves.

SpursCanuck
The thing is trading Luongo could be a winner for the Canucks and also a salary dump, so what is he talking about ?

Pears
Nice sig! However, I have a feeling it's a translation of "nobody will give up a blue-chip prospect and a 1st for Lu, so now we have to look at a player for player deal"

Ronning4center
Luo is still an awsome goalie guys....if trading schneider means getting nash.....Lets keep Lu! We wont be looking good if we trade Lu for picks....our powerforward position is pretty thin with kelser out.
