Bombastik der Teutone
C2X Well, it looks as though I have retained the services of Rick DiPietro after all. I have always said we love the guy, its the contract we inherited that we don't exactly know what to do with. For the time being Rick will start in net for the Connecticut Whale, it is great to be in a position of having a 1a, 1b and 1c netminder, considering the sim season and its fondness for injuries. Oh and Mike SMith, returning from injury will once again be our starting netminder.

Mike Vanderhoek
Reading Crosby's recent comments on the state of negotiations and the owners' lack of willingness to meet the players in the middle, I wouldn't be surprised if we lose the season. I hope we don't of course, but I'm preparing myself with that thought in mind.
