4th straight loss..is scrivens still in?

if so...theo in please

further it seems the blues hardly miss weiss and sekera

Theodore was put back in after Scrivens played 2 straight. Seems your team hit a rough patch but have a few days off to get back on track as they aren't on the schedule for the next 2 days I have written down here.

Blues Team Report

Prospects

Juniors/College: Brett Ritchie is still on Fire and if he keeps scoring, he might double

his Points from the Last Season. 24 Goals and 47 Points are pretty good and hes around Guys like Scheifele ,Strome and Galchenyuk in the OHL.

Logan Nelson is also doing fine with 28 Points right now and he´s on the pace for a personal Record.

Konrad Abeltshauser is still Top 3 Defender with 27 Points in the QMJHL even he missed his 4th straight Game. We hope he´s not seriously Injured..we couldnt find anything at the Team Site of Halifax.

Erik Karlsson slowly finds his Way in the Swedish Juniors League and with 7 Goals and 20 Points he knocks on the Top 20 of the League. We think thee is more Potential.

Joey Laleggia has another strong Year for Denver in the WCHA. He may is another good option in Edmontons youth Movement in a few Years.

Goalie Mathias Niederberger has cooled down in the past 2 Weeks but he´s still one of the Top Goalies in the OHL. 15 Wins in 23 Games are still a good Number.

AHL/ECHL: Mike Sgarbossa and Johan Larsson are doing well in their 1st Pro Season in Northamerica. Mike is 2nd in the List with 19 Points just behind Justin Schultz ..who seems to Play in his own League. Larsson is 14th in the Rookie List with 13 Points and he has become better and better in the past Weeks.

Temmu Hartikainen is also strong with 16 Points .

Andrei Loktionov collected 9 Points(4 Goals) untill he got injured in 12 Games.

Here we also hope that it is not a serious Injury..same With Cody Hodgson.

Tomas Vincour has totally cooled down with only 2 Points in the past 10 Games.

Defender Mark Borowiecki seems a really Tough Guy...he´s 2nd in the "Bad Boy List" with 90 PIM´s in 18 Games..but he also recorded 1 Goal 4 Assists and a +9 in this Time.

Our other hopefull Defence Prospect Dalton Prout also recorded 1 Goal and 4 Assists and a +5 in 16 Games..but "only" 33 Pim´s.

:P

Halmo (3 Points in 9 Games) and Jarvinen (2 Poinst and -6 in 18 Games) has been a little disapointment untill now but they are also in their 1st Pro League Season...we´ll keep an Eye on them.

Darren Archibald recorded 6 Goals and 13 Points in the ECHL untill he got the call from the AHL..there he added 2 Goals in 3 Games ..which is one more than he made in 20 Games Last Season in the AHL.

Mitch Wahl has 4 Goals, 18 Points and 40 Pim´s in 15 Games for Utah of the ECHL.

Finally we are glad that Goalie Allen York returned to Action after a longterm Injury.

But this was a rude awekening in his 1st Game...he was sended down to Evansville of the ECHL

and there got 5 Goals Against in 40 Minutes..this was enough for the Coach.

Last Night he got another Chance and he bounced Back.

We hope he will see more Action and may another chance in the AHL even McElhinney is Hot like a Peperoni...

:P

Niklas Svedberg is still the best Rookie Goalie in the AHL but Mrazek is sneaking around (well he has less Games).

Niklas now has 8 Wins in 14 Starts and we are glad that we chosed him after we have lost the Race for Magnus Hellberg in the Off Season.

Last but not least..Ben Scrivens.

He had a bad Start into the Season and it seemed that Rynnas gets the Starter Job in Toronto but a injury threw him back and Ben took the Chance.

In the past Games..Ben sneaked back into the Top 10 of the League and it seems he quitely gets back his Calder Trophy Form.

All in all we are pleased with our Goalie Section.

York needs more experience after his long Injury.

Svedberg could be the No.2 in Boston in a few or less? Years.

And well..all Eyes on Ben ..some People think he could take Reimers Job in Toronto.

The Time will show it....

Next Time..some news from our Players in Europe and Depth Players in the AHL...

Possibly Injured List if the Season would Start right now...

Marcel Goc

Cody Hodgson

Sean Bergenheim ?

Andrei Loktionov ?

Carson McMillan ?

Cody Bass ?

Konrad Abeltshauser ?

Starting Lineup if the Season would Start right now...

Horton - Weiss - Iginla

Sullivan - Legwand - Erat

Chimera - Hartikainen - Nodl

Daugavins - Sgarbossa - Vincour

Bollig/Larsson

Bouwmeester - Ehrhoff

Greene - Sekera

Prosser - Sulzer

Reese - Borowiecki/Prout

Theodore

Pardon the intrusion as I never do this and promise not to again but here are AriGolds jokes for the day.

------------------------

What Does the Dallas Cowboys and the movie "Broke Back Mountain" have in common?

They both have cowboys that suck

---

Why is Tony Romo unable to answer a telephone?

He can't find the receiver

---

Want to hear a Cowboys joke?
