Their program has come on the last few years, as evidenced by Bearschi Bartschi and whatsisname becoming prominent names in North America, well...more prominent than most swiss guys before... Germany just got a bad draw: they are sharing the division with Canada, USA, Russia...oh and just in case they wanted to have a slight hope: The Slovakian team..If germany were in the other side they would have a better shot at finishing fourth. Swiss: beating Latvia is not a shock, drawing Sweden in regulation is a huge shock. Although if i recall the swedes are missing 3 original starters who got injured days before the tournament started. Primal Optimist Posted December 30, 2012 Share Posted December 30, 2012 I thought right up until the last week that whatever the final cap would be, it would be equally torn out of all players contracts....like if it dropped 9% in total then each player in the league would go down 9% in their contract value for every year remaining on those contracts...but that doesn't appear to be the case. I will think about how we should incorporate the make whole..and I only suggest that we aim to mimick as close as possible the real deal, while keeping in mind it is a game and it could get too complicated to be exactly like the NHL.
