Finally got all the newly signed players up on the charts. However, in the interest of time I didn't update the depth charts right away, and a few of them have been posted a number of times. So check yours and make sure it's up to date, and if not, just post it up again in the thread, and I'll update them asap.

Thanks for the patience guys. Kind of a rough few days around here.

And Jill says thanks for all the well wishes. :)

Blues News

The St.Louis Blues wants to welcome Goalie Scott Clemmensen to our Organisation.

Scott will give us more depth on the Goalie Position and he could also jump in

as Starter if necessary. He allrready showed it in the Season 2008/09 when he made 40 Games (25-13-1)

for the Devils while Marty Brodeur was injured.

Last Season he recorded a 0,913 SV% , 2,57 GAA and 14-6-6 in 30 Games.

"We are done for now at our Goalie Position for the NHL Roster. With Scrivens we have another option

if one of our Top 2 Goalies gets injured. Further we are looking for 2 Prospect Goalies and we are allready in negotation with 2 young Guys. We hope they will join us soon." TGC said.

Scott Clemmensen

NOTICE TO ALL TEAMS:

If the new CBA, whatever it may be, contains a salary rollback of any kind, our contracts will also be rolled back by that percentage. Players making under $1 million will not be effected at all by the rollback, and no player who has their salary reduced by the rollback will go under $1 million per season.

Examples: (assuming a rollback of oh, let's say, 7%)

Sidney Crosby
Current Cap Hit: $8.7 million
7% Rollback: $609,000
New Cap Hit: $8.091 million

Maxim Lapierre
Current Cap Hit: $1.2 million
7% Rollback: $84,000
New Cap Hit: $1.116 million

Random Player
Current Cap Hit: $105,000
7% Rollback: $7,350
New Cap Hit: $1 million <--- cannot drop below $1 million

Tanner Glass
Current Cap Hit: $825,000
7% Rollback: N/A
New Cap Hit: $825,000 (no change)

thanks for those interesting facts
lets hope that they will find an agreement but after all what i have read it looks good..or not?
the players should be fine with that..they earn enough money imo

and it will be interesting if they drop the salary cap..but no problem with those "paycuts" i guess

We are very happy to have signed our top pick from this year's draft. We feel he can be an offensive force in the NHL and could be an early favourite to be rookie of the year. For now, though, we would like to make him the top forward for the New Orleans Storm on our depth chart.

Tampa Bay Lightning

Moulson (NYI) - Tavares (NYI) - ?????

Marleau (SJS) - Fisher (NSH) - Havlat (SJS)

????? - ????? - ?????

Johnson (PHX) - Desjardins (SJS) - Brule (UFA)

Brown (TOR) - ????? - Palushaj (MTL)

Carle (TBL) - Hedman (TBL)

Josi (NSH) - Meszaros (PHI)

????? - Stralman (RFA)

De Haan (NYI) - Lee (TBL)

Price (MTL)

Budaj (MTL)

New Orleans Storm

Aberg (NSH - Unsigned) - Grigorenko (BUF) - Repik (RFA)

Sonne (STL) - Nash (CAR) - Jurco (DET - Unsigned)

????? - Hamilton (SJS) - Collberg (MTL - Unsigned)

????? - Marcantuoni (PIT - Unsigned) - Kozun (LAK)

Tennyson (SJS) - Doherty (SJS)

Petrecki (SJS) - Acolatse (SJS)

Schmaltz (STL - Unsigned) - Iafrate (Undrafted)

?????

?????

Smith (NSH - RFA)

Bowman, Stalock, and Peckham are no longer part of my team, so they can be removed from my "2013 RFAs" list

CONFIRMED: Sources have confirmed that the Anaheim Ducks have indeed dismissed Brunners as GM.

That's terrible news. :sadno:

Brunners was a great GM and a solid person. I for one am going to miss his presence in this league. Just a great person to deal with while bantering or trading. We're losing one of the good ones no doubt. I hope that whatever he is dealing with will be resolved soon. I echo the sentiments of many others in wishing him my sincerest best.

Take Care Matt.

if the trade rumours about lui becoming true ..this means one of my goalies will be part of the deal...
so worst case scenario ....clemmensen or theo will backup lui in florida and clemmensen or theo will backup schneider in vancouver.
it seems i just have no luck with my goalie signings..lol
traded raask
traded bobrovsky
signed auld as replacement
signed thomas longterm..thomas decided to take a year off
i ll LMAO if thomas signs with another team even it would be not funny

..so i hope lui signs in toronto...lol

Both of my goalies have been bonding over the last few days and have decided to each get the others initials on their rear ends. Brodeur has agree to get M.B. on his left cheek while Biron has agreed to get M.B. on his right cheek. As their GM I felt I had to tell them that when they look at it in a mirror they are going to have a giant BM on their bums. They didn't seem to care.

I agree. It was something none of us wanted to do, but it seems he's got too much going on and his team is in a tough spot already as it is. Hopefully it all works out well for him and at some point he can re-join the league.

Brunners was a pretty 'power hitter' GM, he will be missed for sure. Hope all is well IRL.

I wonder what the polite way to leave town for the lunch/afternoon period is when you get 90 minutes notice of inlaw visit for lunch...i am thinking 'booked an oil change, gotta go to town'.

C2X, The Rangers sheet appears in order, with a couple minor things:

Jake Muzzin will bump up to the first pairing defense on the minor league team, with Mike Moore under him.

Darroll Powe will move to second line center on the minor league team, under Belanger, all other left wingers bump up one.

My Medical budget in the Front Office is 10m now.
My Minor League Budget will be moved to 19m from 16m, this should leave us 6m unassigned, we will finalize that before the end of summer.

Lastly, I thought there was a pick involved in a draft day trade..i will have to review and get back to you.

Thank you, and have a good day everyone. I am off to a 'meeting' for lunch, out of town....lol

EDIT: thought so: CBJ gets my 2013 2nd round pick...now sign somewhere Pav...sign, lol

Thank you, Wishart and J.Moore could bump up to eliminate the ??? from the minors..other than that, good to go, much appreciated.

In Other News, Rumours abound that New York is looking for that elusive 13th forward, league minimum type of player, a solid 4th liner, possible enforcer role is certainly needed in New York. Teams looking to build their stable of prospects may inquire directly.

Very simple. Brunners is favourite with all of us, and no executive wanted to vote to let him go.

Unfortunately, Brunners dropped the ball. He failed to qualify and of his RFA`s and let go of his UFA`s through negligence. We had light correspondence which suggested he was still interested, so we watched carefully and noticed no activity. We waited exactly 2 weeks, a fair amount of time ensure that he had a fair chance.

We had no choice, in the interest of preserving ANA, as it is now severely crippled. We all think Brunners is a stand-up guy, and we all hope that he can re-join when things have settled, and his schedule allows the time. Many GM`s have left or been fired, only to be re-hired at a later date. I`m sure we`d all excitedly welcome Brunners back.

There is no rule that implies that he cant re-apply for the ANA position, though he`d have to present quite a plan and strategy for recovery at this point.
