I always feel that these types of kids need to have their asses kicked and their faces rubbed in dog crap. They behave how they do because there is never a consequence. If you never suffer a consequence for your actions, you never learn it's wrong. People that say "ohh but it's because they were treated bad as a kid that they do this".... bull crap, it's usually the kids that got away with anything they wanted to do with no consequences. Ignorant little pieces of crap like these are the even more ignorant bigger pieces of crap of tomorrow.
