Tanev's Smirk
I'd rather he just re-sign Rome. At least he's proven.

KSniper88
I still think he will end up here, because I don't thing other teams are willing to pay over 4 million for him either. So he will likely take a discount..
Colinisacanuck
If the Canucks don't get garrison, then i have no idea what Mike Gillis is planning on doing. I think the Gillis is in for something BIG, because after Garrison there isn't any more "legit" top 4 defencemen, and at this point, the canucks can't gamble on a guy who could be top 4 but is realistically top 5. Im surprised that the Canucks did zip today, but than again, some of the money being thrown around is rediculous. But, Farhan Lalji from TSN did say MG would like to spend all of the money...so we will see. Still need a top 4 dmen, maybe some depth dmen, third line center, and top 6 forward(LEGIT). Colinisacanuck
Edler, Kesler, 2nd & Raymond for Webber. Kesler's a question mark and his value has gone down and so has his performance/numbers. Edlers in for a huge raise so trading him is the smart move Need to get rid of Raymond as he is a tweener on this team that the fans really dislike. I'd do this trade in a heartbeat. Webber is arguably the #1 Dman in the NHL

Jaku
They might be busy, but they have yet to sign anyone. All i've heard about the Canucks is a rumor from Eklund that Van is interested in Semin..

Pasific Coluseum
Ok, but if Kesler's trade value has gone down, why would Nashville trade for Kesler? If that trade happened, we would still need a second line center to fill in for Kesler.
