tequila
At what point is Feaster going to realise that they need to stop overpaying old guys who are way past their prime?
Ossi Vaananen
Feaster famine.

Magikal
What an overpayment. God Calgary you suck.
Spoosh
$4M is a bit steep for him, but I like the signing. I wouldn't have complained if we would have gotten him. Ok, maybe about the price a bit...
jatylo
is it 2 years or 4 years? Tsn has it for 2 years (8 mill each year sound way to high for me). I'm assuming they did a typo and its over 4 years edit. Nvm it's 4 years ignore this post
UFCanuck
Because Carkner and Boyes are really hot commodities c'mon
Baercheese
Better to pay $1m for Boyes than overpaying for mediocre talent.

gmen81
Hudler was a player i would have liked the Canucks to go after. I'm not sure how he fits on the Flames though. Let's see how he does when he has to play with Cervenka and Backlund instead of Filpulla and Zetterberg. 5 players the Flames have signed adds up to 14 yrs at 52.75mil and have 10 players with a cap hit of 3.5mil or more. I enjoy watching what Feaster is attempting to do with this team.
RAMBUTANS
Wait, Hudler is Euro? I thought hes from Nunavut.
pimpcurtly
Hudler old and past his prime?! He is 28. He was 50 point guy in talented Detroit. Scored 25 goals. I think it is a great deal by Flames! Not only yours but reading other comments as well makes me think you don't know much about hockey players outside VAN organization. And all comments seem to be a reflection of your hate towards other Canadian teams… So childish... but then again... I know where I'm posting. Baercheese
Hudler sucked in the 2011 season too, funny how things change.
ABurrows14
Same price as Paranteau, Paranteau is a better playmaker. The flames better hope cervenka is actually good.
UFCanuck
Not even sure what you're trying to say 4M today would be 3.6M in last year's cap Terrible for a 25 goal scorer
ABurrows14
Hudler is ok, but soft...too much for a guy who can disappear like raymond
UFCanuck
Parenteau played with Tavares
Baercheese
Hudler played with Datsyuk last year and he has yet to reach the level of scoring brad boyes achieved in his career. $1m on boyes is a way better move for a cap strapped team like the flames.
