Jägermeister Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 Basketball is an absolute snoozefest for me. I can watch baseball, but usually only for a few innings at a time. Love to golf, but can't stand watching it. Outside of hockey, rugby and water polo are probably the most exciting to watch. So, if there are no home town "hero's" to watch then......... in the order you listed. Basketball, tennis, golf, curling, cycling, water sports, track and field and dance. Gretzky's Mullet Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 Baseball is a sport that takes time to come to appreciate, but which is probably the least boring once you do. So much going on at every moment. If you think baseball is boring and need the constant action of hockey, you might have a bit of an ADD problem. I can watch golf in small doses but still find it a little dull, but dear God swimming must be the most boring sport in existence to watch. I also find anything involving horses to be boring too. And frankly, as much as I love the Canucks, hockey played in a certain style (trap, defensive, etc) can be more boring than anything to watch. Apparently some of the most exciting plays in baseball are the home run (where a guy can trot around the bases with no risk of getting caught) and the no-hitter (where nobody gets on base at all).
