Are you kidding me? They're one of the funnest exercises in this workout!

Also for guys who want to work the calves a bit more, land on your tiptoes, adds more pressure to your calves. For the inside calve, point your toes against each other and for the outside calves point em away from each other, and if you want a bit of both point them straight.

This exercise was definately fun, I even wore a weight vest with the squats!
