EDLER.IS.BEAST
As long as it's only one year, there;s not much a risk. He should get a proper chance to prove himself. Plus, another season of the Mason Raymond drinking game

G.K. Chesterton
I dislike all the Raymond hate on CDC. I think he's going to have a rebound year.
Hodgson!!
Either MG is giving him a last chance to get back to 50 point winger, or its a sign and trade..
CanucksWino
That's funny... I'm looking for the media release about which team Raymond has subsequently been traded to, and I'm not seeing it... is twitter down, or something?!

*vInTaGe*
Welcome back Mason, I'm rooting for you. I hope he scores some goals this season and really rebounds, he can be such a frustrating player to watch sometimes.

Hedman
So, i guess this means no Shane Doan here... I seriously don't get why we still have Raymond here, why we re-signed him at all. I mean he's that guy who would only fit in on a top 6 role. And he's not a top 6 guy here. Not a fan of this signing, i was hoping we would get rid of him at last. 2009cupchamps
This just may leave the possibility of a trade coming now, Raymond could not be traded while he was waiting for the arbitration date. So if they have a package for Raymond and Luongo can go forward now. Or we could just keep him to see if he improves his play for a year. Either way its a no loose situation for the Canucks.
