Garrison
Canucks not winning the presidents trophy. I'm actually hope we don't, I'd rather come into the playoffs as underdogs.

Kerry Park Islanders
Those look like some solid predictions. My guess is Crosby and the boys take the PT.
Grape
I think Colorado and Dallas will make the playoffs in our conference. Phoenix and Nashville don't. Minny will come close. As for the East, Laffs, Carolina, and Buffalo make it. NJD, Ottawa, NYR (surprise) don't.

Herberts Vasiljevs
I really do the think the Canes are sleepers this year. They also always seem to find their magic in the playoffs. If the Canucks don't finish 1st overall, they'd come pretty darn close; they'd probably lose out to the Rangers or the Penguins. With the team getting a full summer off, Kesler getting even more time to rehab his injury, and Kassian spending the summer training with the Vancouver organization and spending the whole year with us, I see our team being better than ever. GO CANUCKS GO!

falcon45ca
I don't see what the Oilers have done to their team to jump up the standings so much. A top pick & a prospect who combined have 0 NHL games under their belt somehow vaults them from 14th in the West to 9th?
Master Mind
Way too early to tell. But your predictions look pretty good. ONly thing I would change is swap out Carolina and Nashville for Tampa and Dallas.
hardcor
Los Angelos will be a bottom 8th team. They would have lost if Vancouver had Daniel. And I would have called Detroit better than St Louis and Chicago better than Phoienix. And New jersey? They really had a few breaks to beat the top 1 2 3 seed s because they never beat the best top teams other than Vancouver, Chicago is regreting not having a goaltender. todos_somos_Canucks
I agree with Suter on his placement of the Oilers. Eberle, Hall and Hopkins aren't veterans but they do have NHL experience, and I think Yakupov and Schultz will fit in well with them. I doubt the Oil will do much in the playoffs but I think they will have a much better regular season than they've had in recent years.

Burnsey
Canucks will be top 3, i see 2nd in west. It is hard to predict as many variables are in factor such as Luongo trade, Nash trade, where Doan signs, etc. I just hope Canucks can add offense. Everyone says we need toughness, although that is a good thing to have if you can't score you can't win. We have had solid defense the past few years (well since Luongo has been here tbh) we just need to get more depth and get a good 2nd line that can actually take the pressure off the Sedins - Enter Doan
