We hate him because he does his job and does it well in shutting down and antagonizing the Sedins. He gets them off their game almost every time our two teams meet. It would not take long to except him in the locker room. If you think the Sedin's are going to be mad or not except him your crazy. Hank and Dank are stand up dude's this is pro hockey they will embrace him as a teammate and move forward. I will take a hard working physical player scoring 40+ points in a second although I would prefer Stalberg. You have to remember Canucks fans hate Dave Bolland for a reason. I would much rather get someone else for a # of reasons: 1) I hate Bolland. 2) Why would we give our arch rival the final piece they need to win the cup, not saying they would forsure but Luongo is exactly what they need, it would destroy MG if he did that and the Hawks won the cup. If we made a deal with Chicago there deal would have to be significantly better than what anyone else can offer or else we probably wont do it. 3) We can get someone, from somewhere else who can do that job and isn't Bolland. 4) Gillis only brings in Character players, and as we know first hand Bolland isn't that. Gillis looks to bring in people that are the opposite of Bolland, that show respect even to a fierce rival. I can't envision Bolland being here, and I don't think our managment team can either. Unless their GM doesn't mind making a stupid mistake, they won't be getting Luongo and they can have fun trying to fix their goaltending woes.
