RunningWild
Just when you thought Bross was taking a hiatus, he's apparently back in the mix: Dustin Leed @D_LEED Shane Doan’s agent says the Flyers are still very much in the mix for Doan. #waitinggame

Where's Wellwood
The Nashville news really came out of nowhere. Haven't even heard them listed in any Doan rumours till now.
oldnews
Could just be Poile looking to build morale in Nashville / give the perception that he is in the race (or setting up another disappointment depending on how you look at it). The Rangers are still the NHL version of the Titanic. Imo, the Canucks (of course) are his best option, for all the right reasons...

JustNazzy
6.7 million a year for 4 years. No freakin way. too much money and too long a term. Doan's a good player but he'll only stay that way for maybe another two years at most. His play is already declining. Also, no way he makes more than the sedins. I know the market and salaries have increased, blah, blah, blah, but no one will make more than the sedins on this team while the sedins are still on their current contract. Bill F-ing Murray
As a Duck’s fan, the thought of not seeing Doan’s face in the Pacific Division is a relief. I just hope he doesn’t go to a team that has already stacked up their roster this offseason (ie: Red Wings or Rangers)

JensenFan2011
Guys... why are you saying 6.7 is too much for doan?.... he will do what Sundin did to the sedins and kesler to Booth and Kassian... maybe best of all to Jensen! and he would be getting payed less!
