Give me a break. As long as Quebec is taking over $15 billion a year from the rest of Canada, more than they put in, then there is no way I would support another NHL city there. When they can pay there bills, then sure. By the way Quebec City is already on record asking for federal money for a new arena.
There is big money in Seattle and I hope they build a complex for the NBA and NHL. Move PHX there and a major NHL problem is solved.
I would rather a team in Seattle of course But I haven't heard a good argument proving that somehow Quebec City and the province of Quebec would not benefit in any way, and the cost would be passed on to the rest of Canada eventually affecting the common Canuck fan. We were merely talking about the feasibility of Quebec having a franchise, not where would be best. Certainly not personal preference of a landing spot for Phoenix.
