Terrific playmaker. His chemistry with Hank and overall elite hockey sense allows him to find open ice from anywhere. Can definitely finish off a play...but definitely not a sniper. His shot is not hard, and his release is average.

Not having a sniper, more so than a top 6 forward is hurting us. Kesler likes to think of himself he's a sniper, which is why he hasn't been nearly as effective since the second half of 2011.

Why do you think Daniel gets picked to do the accuracy competition at the All Star skills competition? He's a sniper. Sniper is not just about having a hard shot, it's about being able to pick your spots. Daniel can do this as well as anyone in the league, and his shot is hard enough to make it count.

If we're talking playoffs, Burrows Nucks vs Hawks Game 7 OT goal hands down.

If we're talking about the 2011-2012 regular season, then Daniel Sedin's game trying goal vs Detroit, which would later be won by Burrows in the shootout.

Hey guys, everytime you watch a certain highlight, it gives you a chill down your spine (good or bad). Spending hours on Youtube, or even re-watching that old PVR clip, which is your most chilling moment from recent Canuck years?

Mine would have to be Burr's goal in game 2 against Boston. We were in such control!!!
Can't wait for next season, it's such a long offseason! :(

The WCF 2OT Bieksa goal doesn't give chills because when I was watching it live I was like WTF. WTF?! OH MY GOD!

The hands down winner is the BURROWS PUCK GRAB SUPERMAN BLACK HAWK DOWN goal.

Also...

2004 West Conference Quarter Final.

Calgary AT Vancouver

I'm saying Aladeen a lot because http://forum.canucks...dpost__10922428

I bet when Schneider turns 38, he will have broken all of Luongo's records.

Oh man, too many to list.

What I can say though, is for Burrows' dragon-slaying goal, I was yelling so hard I actually blacked out a bit, fell backwards and smacked my head on a door.

lol

My emotions were similar. Watched the game at the Boston Pizza on King George in Surrey. When Louie made that save on Sharp the entire building went wild with LUUUUUUUUU. And then out of nowhere Burrows scores. I spilled my beer.

If you know me you know... I NEVER SPILL MY BEER.

Burrows Game 7 vs Chicago
Bieksa Game 5 vs San Jose
Torres Game 1 vs Boston
Lappy (can't remember the game no.) vs. Boston
Morrison 3OT vs Calgary
Henrik vs Game 1 (believe that was the 4th OT)

Man, for not winning the cup we have had a good share of great playoff memories. We should be quite thankful for the team for giving us these memories.

Next Up: Give us a good game 7 OT Stanley Cup Winning memory ;)

EDIT: And every Game 7 Goal by Trevor Linden. Dallas series comes to mind for this.

Which recent Canucks game winner has been most chilling?

Salo.

Maybe because he's blond. It maybe because he was litterally snake bitten back in Finland. He always looked sickly white and cold.

I love Cheech's reaction to that goal: "wow ... what a shot ... I don't think even John Garrett in his prime could have stoped that shot!"

Hilarious!

Don't take anything I say seriously! EVER!

Daniel Sedin IS a sniper.

Please go watch the all star game shot accuracy competition. Thank you.
