Who will have the bigger impact next year in Phillly?
Personally I think it will depends on whether or not Nashville matches the Weber offer. If they don't, I think Schenn and Weber will develop a chemistry in the preseason, where Coburn won't be playing as much, if at all. So I think Schenn and Weber will do well together, therefore Weber will make Schenn a better player, and Coburn will play with Mezaros/Timmonen. However, of Nashville DOES match Philladephias offer, the Schenn and Coburn will play together, and I think Coburn is a better player so I'd say him.

I say Schenn. He will be immediately better because he is surrounded by quality players.

40-50 points is my prediction.

Schenn. I feel he will develop better in Philly than in Toronto.

In my eyes drouin is overrated he can score in the qmjhl but did nothing in last two gold medal games that canada lost. Fox will be better pro than him talk to me in five yrs

ryan kesler is going to the chicago blackhawks ...       quote me on it

I also say Schenn. I opened this expecting people to be hating on Schenn to be honest.

Well Coburn has been there for a few years so his impact is obviously less then a new addition such as Schenn. But If you take Coburn away the flyer defense is much less effective. Meaning Schenn can not fill in Coburns shoes, atleast not yet.

Increased ice time with better players... right handed shot for the 2nd PP unit...

I'd say that's good for 15-20 more points.

Luke Schenn.

I say he has a slow start getting used to in Philly then goes on an amazing streak something like that....

Coburn.

I think he is a better player atm, Schenn is good and he will be better but I don't see him suddenly becoming a star, I think he will emerge as a true top 4 defender this year though.
