I mean, how can you oppose higher interest rates when 80% of Canadians want them to remain low! Why not join the rest of us instead of being such an outsider..... If the banks and real estate industry controlled the media (the news hour is brought to you by Remax apparently) they would probably cheer the high prices as though we were headed to new found riches and not really worry about the fact that the country is skyrocketing into debt. But hey, why upset the sponsors and bore the audience with numbers and finance?!? It's not like they didn't tell us what the TSX is up to, that should be more than enough info!
