DollarAndADream
Just to get it out there, and I already have stated it in this thread: I work nightshift. I work at night. I usually go to work around 9PM. I do have plenty of free time though, so don't question it. Stop worrying about when I don't say anything in the thread for a bit. It never happens for more than a few hours yet people seem to bring it up that I'm not there. Calm down, it's only a few hours. On top of that, it's summer time. We've already completed plenty of trades and I've edited everything into the OP, just haven't gotten all the Line Ups there because not everyone has done their CapGeek. I'll have to do the ones that aren't done by their GM's myself. One of the reasons I hired a Board of Governers is because they can answer questions when I'm not here. I trust them 100% and I bet they think the same I will about things. I wouldn't have started this league if I didn't have the time to do it. n00bxQb
Just an FYI, bonuses definitely will not be present in the game and I don't think existing buyouts will be either (they weren't in NHL 12 BAGM), so for the people who are currently hovering at or around the cap floor, please be aware that you may have to sign or trade for guys to get high-dollar contracts to make the floor before you can even make the trades you've already made. Also, you can only have 23 players on your roster (so 25-man rosters make no sense when compiling your CapGeek roster). So, as an example from the OP, CBJ, FLA, and MTL are all below the salary floor right now. When you compile your CapGeek roster, check the box for the bonus cushion at the top and that will take bonuses out, which will give you your actual salary in the game. Mufasa
Trav's nick now has changed to DollarAndADream, he's still around. I think he is going to hold off on trades until the game comes out. Especially since there has been issues about teams trying to trade players they no longer have. I noticed for example Michael Ryder is on Tampa and Philly in their post trade deadline rosters. I don't know if those two teams made a deal after posting their post deadline rosters or not. But I have asked for players that I don't have and I have been offered players that the other team doesn't have, I've even been offered a player that was on my team for a player on my team. These errors won't happen when the games come out because we'll be able to see the rosters so much easier.
Tangelos
Hey what are we gonna do about potential star players like Justin Shultz and Nick Bjugstad not being in the game? Are we just gonna play like if neither of them exist? This would be a huge hit to the Oilers and Panthers.

Tangelos
It sucks but I don't think we can do much about it. I traded Shultz earlier and we had this discussion that he wouldn't be in the game, cant remember what page, neither of them have played an NHL game yet, or play in the CHL. We should check if we can create a player, add them to the team, save the roster and try to go online and start it with that, but buddy who posted regarding this earlier said you can't create a player for it. We should check, but I'm not expecting it, and I'm already over it.
