Absolutely. Nothing inspires humans more than seeing humans doing the pushing our limits and boundaries.

Manned exploration is a MUST....even if expensive, inefficient and impractical.

The Space Program has to go international before it can leave it's infancy. The only thing that territoriality will do is slow it down long term.

What this team did is a helluva achievement but this should be a worldwide accomplishment, not a government's. It is a great hope of mine that human exploration and eventual diaspora would unite people in a way that nothing else could. Hearing some of the top men on this claim Space for America instead of for the... spirit of men worries me.
