avelanch
Or maybe the chef preparing your meal needs to take some cooking lessons? I don't know about you, if the chef knows what she's doing, the food definitely tastes better. LOL, what the hell did this thread turn into? Link to comment
pimpcurtly
she needs no cooking lessons, the multitude of dishes she makes are superb. I just don't see why she would need to cook that dish, as I rarely cook it myself, and hers are so much better. Link to comment
avelanch
I feel like I'm repeating myself here but sometimes during the month, menu options are very limited. During those times, if she is willing to offer that dish, I will gladly accept...whereas it seems that you would prefer to just do it yourself. Like you said, to each their own. Link to comment
pimpcurtly
the resturaunt is never closed, you just have to order a different dish. your "choice" just doesn't satisfy my pallet, and pretending that she is a tug boat is never on my menu. Link to comment
SukhKular
All I know is when I'm cooking, I stand directly in front it. The the best position to be in... while cooking. It's impossible to cook as well while standing behind the barbeque. S**t ain't right! Link to comment
SukhKular
That's your perogative. I'm not as picky when it comes to having favors done for me...plus my girl is a master chef at all dishes. Link to comment

pimpcurtly
If she's doing it better than you. Your doing it wrong. That particular dish, I mean. Link to comment
avelanch
Regarding "HJ", the feeling is entirely different when another person does it. Is it a tad selfish? Probably. But you could always repay her the favour Link to comment
Gurn
Way too many slut references. News flash, women are not sluts just because they enjoy sex, neither are men. The year is 2012, bout time some people got out of the dark ages regarding sex. Link to comment

Guest Gumballthechewy
the problem is, the chef will never be able to replicate your dish, no matter how well you teach. sure, it'll be a close approximation, but it's always going to be a little off. Link to comment

SukhKular
How could I be doing it wrong? It's my dish. After years and years with the same girl, she knows exactly what makes me tick. And when she is preparing that certain dish, there is other stuff going on that is very helpful in reaching the end product....stuff that you cannot do alone. Link to comment

pimpcurtly
Then that's a different dish altogether. I'll admit she can do things with food that we as men cannot. But she can't make steak like us. Obviously her pasta, cake and apple pie are to die for and we usually prefer it over steak but she can't make steak like us. Link to comment
AV.
The question is...are you a Boots and Jacket or Hat and Jacket type of a person? Link to comment
