All I got was - In no rush to do anything (per usual) - Doan appeared to care more about winning a cup, rather than money "That's all he cares about, he made that clear." - Then Aquilini stressed to him that's all he cares about too - The dinner was Shane, his wife, Gillis, Gilman and Aquilini - 30mill at 4 years would be a deal breaker for Canucks - Gillis is in discussion with several teams on Lu, we won't be rushed. Gillman said: Doan and wife on a fact finding stage of their big decision. Money is important but winning slightly more. Hopefully there's some truth to that Arnott rumour, and that Doan looks at it favourably as well. I wonder if maybe they were talking about what kind of lineup he'd be coming into if he joined the Nucks. Could it have prompted Gillis to go in on Arnott possibly to show Doan that want to surround him with character guys and other vets? Just thinking out loud. If you're not cheating, you're not trying. In fact any players who refuse to flop should be traded instantly. Last two cup champs Boston and L.A. Both of them were World Class Divers and Whiners.
