Smashian Kassian
Bure: Obvious Linden: Clutch Naslund: Leadership, ability, not a bad playoff player either Jovanoski: Could be the #1 we need, would be a great addition to our team Bertuzzi: I would love to see Lucic vs Bert in his prime, I would also see what he would do to Marchand and Keith, him in his prime would be perfect right now. Any of those players would really help our team.

etsen3
Not sure if this thread means we can go back in time and bring back any player we want in their prime, but I'll just go with the players in their current, realistic form. There isn't really anyone I'd wanna bring out of retirement, everyone would probably be too old and out of shape. Also, there aren't any former Canucks out there that are currently stars either, so of we brought back a former Canucks it would probably be for depth. Players I would bring back: -Salo (if it were on a reasonable contract) -Mitchell -Ehrhoff (if it were on a reasonable contract) -Hodgson (if he promised to shut up and play hockey) -Cooke (I'm sure this will be a controversial pick, but he's cleaned up his game and set a career high in goals last year) -O'Brien (could be a decent bottom pairing guy, is tough and apparently more mature now) Other possibilities: -Bertuzzi (love his play, but would there still be baggage?) -Grabner (his play dropped off last year, but he was on the Islanders, so...) -Torres (love his energy and intimidation factor, but can he avoid another long suspension?) I'll leave off Umberger since he never actually played for the Canucks, plus him and Kesler may still have issues.
Master Mind
Salo! Though if we could get any player from any time then it would be Bure or Bert.
