I was just wondering what it would take in a trade other than through rfa for us to land him what players do we have to send the other way?

Would that not imply that we can't trade for him then? How exactly do we land him if he's untouchable?

You answered your own question.

I imagine they would ask for Kesler, I don't think Antropov is much of a long term solution for them, or else probably Edler, if not either of those two then they would want of combination of other decent pieces.

Raymond, Ballard and a 1st.

Raymomd and Ballard has a negative value. Fhe first offsets that and brings the sum value to about zero. So, realistaically, any proposal of raymond+ ballard+ a first is worth about a seventh round pick in return, at best.

I'm pretty sure someone like an edler or Kesler have to be part of the deal and one of our prospects like a Schroeder or a Jensen a 1st and another roster player or if we wanted to keep luongo Cory Schneider if they didn't resign Pavelec.

Raymond might actually do pretty good in Winnipeg, he is from there. Like Kane is from Richmond. Raymonds style suits them better too. I mean look how well Wellwood did there, and he struggled everywhere else hes played since his foot injury....

I dont like the idea of giving up Ballard. I think Ballard has a great future with the Canucks, he might look great along side Garrison

In my eyes drouin is overrated he can score in the qmjhl but did nothing in last two gold medal games that canada lost. Fox will be better pro than him talk to me in five yrs

Gaudreau has one NHL goal whereas all your "prized" prospects have none.

ryan kesler is going to the chicago blackhawks ...       quote me on it
