Offensive Threat Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 I once went into the Telus store in Metrotown to cancel my DSL but they couldnt process the cancellation because their DSL connection to the servers was down. CanuckinEdm Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 I'm with telus right now I had some problems with them earlier when I lived in an apartment but it was the buildings wiring since that I've bought a house stayed with them only problem I have even had is I ordered the NHL center ice pack it worked then it didn't work so I called them they fixed it gave me 1/2 off the package and free movie channels and porn for 3 months. What they failed to tell me is I had to phone and cancel them and they billed me I called them they took it off my bill offered me 3 more months free and I said no. Myself I have had shaw but never paid for it it was at my parents houses and when I was younger and had roommates. I have only delt with their customer service twice when I bought my house (brand new) there was about 50-60 letters from shaw saying welcome to the area and asking me to use their services i called and said i had a ridiculous amount of letters from them in my mail box and asked them to quit sending them . this would continue for 3 months this with a letter every day I was keeping them all in a garbage bag I finally got so pissed off I told them I was going to tie bricks to the bag and throw it through a office window I only got them for a week longer.
