VanIslander89
Colborne + TOR's 1st? or Bjugstad + FLA's 1st? Thoughts?
djsandwiches
No thank you...plus source not credible. It's a free downtown daily that is trying to get some attention. Even living in downtown Vancouver most people don't read this publication.
Bure fan
If it was: Luongo for Colborne, Franson + 1st Then, Raymond, Ballard, + 1st for Lupul and Bozak
elvis15
Since no one else has picked up on this (more reliable local media, national media) I'd tend to agree with djsandwiches.
CanucksFanMike
Whatever team gives us a 1st + for luongo, you can guarentee it wont be before the 15th overall because luongo will bring that team to the playoffs.
Everybody Hates Raymond
There's some huge Luongo thread SOMEWHERE on this board Dunno where though
Pears
If this is true then it must mean we're getting Doan. Because MG wouldn't take that low of an offer for Luongo.
bossram
The trade is 90% complete.... I wouldn't mind a deal like that. Colborne + TO's 1st would be a suitable return for Luongo. I think Colborne has a lot of potential and could be this year's Hodgson on the Canucks: Turn the 3rd line into a more offensive unit while playing sheltered minutes. At least the kid is big too. He torched the AHL before he injured wrist.

Profanity
OMG, this has to be completely true, because that is exactly what Luongo's career horoscope is indicating today! http://ca.astrology.shine.yahoo.net/horoscope/2012-08-15/aries-daily-work
D-Money
Colbourne, the kid is 6'6". I know Blugstad is 6'5", but Colbourne has the makings to be a big nasty center

Bang Bang Boogie
I'd rather have Bjugstad over Colborne.
stexx
its funny how people write off our prospects but nut over other teams. colborne is older than schroeder by a year put up pretty much the same points as schroeder so really is it just his size that is appealing? granted ive never seen colborne play but just looking at his statline besides his height it isnt that impressive. Ossi Vaananen
I'm not sold on Colborne, this is a huge underpayment. Should have taken Schenn when he was offered if we wanted to deal with TOR. WALK AWAY GILLIS.

Tortorella's Rant
Forget Colbourne. Third team @ 22 years of age if this happened. Clearly the previous two didn't place a whole lot of stock in the guy.
