Both great plays by Holliday, but terrible coverage both times for the Ravens. On the punt return, only 2 guys got to the far side of the field, Holliday broke 1 tackle and was gone. I don't understand it! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuck_rule "NFL Rule 3, Section 22, Article 2, Note 2. When [an offensive] player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his arm starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body." Essentially means it should be an incomplete pass if you start your arm forward and lose the ball, even if you were trying to tuck the ball.
