SOB for MVP Posted September 21, 2012 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Well first off, quite a few people sacrificed a little bit of talent on a non playoff team for a guy on a playoff team, at least that's what I did. Also, a lot of teams who are a lock for the playoffs start resting their goaltenders for the last few weeks more often to gear up for the playoffs. JohnTavares Posted September 21, 2012 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Please do! There is nothing on the opening page stating playoff scoring. It makes more sense than anything, and players normally dont get rested until maybe the last 1-2 games, and we still have 2 goaltenders each. Why follow the other leagues format when this makes the most sense? There is still lots of drafting to be done, there is 0 reason to even consider re-starting. There is no lock for playoff teams, so its not like it has that big of an affect. Why eliminate half the teams in the start of playoffs when we can have a legit playoffs where every team has a shot?
