So which of these 3 packages would be fair value for both teams? If not, I'll pass (esp. not the 1st deal: Hamhuis - Bieksa Ballard - Garrison Alberts - Sauve? Proposal 1: Van: Purcell, 1st TBL: Edler Proposal 2: Van: Kane Win: Edler, 2nd Proposal 3: Van: Read, Meszaros PHI: Edler I like 2 or 3, but I don't want to see Edler go. First I'm not 100% sold on read I would rather try to get simmonds. He's signed long term and is a real gamer. The type of guy u win with in the playoffs. They can keep the 1st if they give us him Second I don't wanna get rid of tanev in this deal.. Reason being, if we're going to package Lu for a young stud defenseman to replace edler, tanev would be alot more valuable in the Lu deal... I would think Philly would rather get a young forward prospect to replace the 2 they're giving up.
