Might as well find a way to trade away our 3rd rounder than MG can skip going to the draft on day one and sleep in on day 2 with 1 2 3 and 4 all traded away.

this is how you do an Ultimate proposal......................

ULTIMATE PROPOSAL!!!

This would be my ultimate set of trades and or signings making a $70 Million Salary cap, muth@$u(&@!!!!

Daniel Sedin Henrik Sedin Shane Doan

Milan Lucic Ryan Kesler Alex Burrows

Chris Higgins Max Lapierre Jannik Hansen

Aaron Volpatti Jason Arnott Zack Kassian

Nick Bjugstad

Dan Hamhuis Shea Weber

Jason Garrison - Kevin Bieksa

Kevin Connauton - Chris Tanev

Derek Joslin

Cory Schneider

Eddie Lack

We trade Manny Malholtra, Brendan Gaunce, and Andrew Alberts for Milan Lucic.

We trade Roberto Luongo to Florida for Nick Bjugstad.

We trade Alex Edler, Mason Raymond, David Booth, and 2 first round draft pick for Shea Weber.

Sign Shane Doan to a 3 year $18 M contract.

Sign Jason Arnott to a 2 year $4 M deal.

Then we beat the every other team into submission while mortgaging our future off.

I'd really like to see us keep Tanev. He seems to find a way to make that crisp first pass out of the zone under pressure, unlike many other D (*cough* Campoli *cough*)

Philly says no. We would lose too much depth anyway.

Luongo is worth way more than Leddy.

Overpayment for Kane.

How is this the ultimate proposal?

Add a 1st rd pick in the Chicago trade coming our way and take out our 1st rd pick in the WPG deal and the trades are more even. I really like the proposal :)

No need too trade Edler until he says he doesnt wanna sign here, until then stop with Edler proposals.
