smithers joe Posted August 31, 2012 Share Posted August 31, 2012 while all the crap going on with the cba, my solution would be.......set cap at 64 million for 4 yrs; players to play 8 seasons before becoming tree agents; entry level contracts for 4 yrs; contract length only for 6 yrs at a time...no signing bonuses and penalties for trying to get around cap...a moritorium on teams losing money...move them or help them.. any other problems arise, let us fans solve it for you.
