Any official sources? I've never heard of these people?

But if its true then that sucks but it's not really unexpected.

The key words are "if Jamison can secure the team". Meaning, the contract between Doan and Yotes is done, but it's dependent upon Jamison purchase.

Sarah McLellan@azc_mclellan

@D_LEED A deal between Doan and the Coyotes still hinges on whether or not Jamison purchases the team.

Oh well, two hole months for this. Good luck to him, seeing him in a Canucks jersey would have been awesome though.

The city of Glendale still has the ability to throw a spoke in this deal if they are not able to work out the lease agreement.

It's far from a guarantee that the lease agreement will be agreed upon before the 15th.

Haven't we known this for quite some time? The title should be changed to "Shane Doan will re-sign with the Coyotes if their ownership issue is resolved." Nothing has happened yet.

Well since it was reported yesterday that Jim Jamison had gathered the necessary funds to perchase the yotes this is no surprise.

Time to move on

Invalid source, nothing reportable or new?...c'mon SJ, you know the drill by now. :)

Plus, you missed this part:

Doan: Yeah, I will be signed by midnight on the 15th. I'll sign somewhere. My goal is to sign here, and I've told everybody.
