I'd like to be traded for a bag of pucks and a gatorade bottle.

Just kidding, but that's probably my worth right now. :P

It's funny because in Hockey Ultimate Team you can literally trade somebody for a bag of pucks

Woot! 39 goals, 77 points in 81 games! 7 AvR! Long keeps getting better! Who said Update #13 would be unlucky?
And I continue to rip it up in the playoffs, I'm now a career 1G 15PTS in 20 career playoff games! However I was knocked out in the 1st round all three years.

Bin Laden gets put on waivers and picked up by the Sabres....short reunion for Long and Bin Laden :(

So, I played 2 games with Norfolk and had 1 goal. What am I doing there or being used as? Am I just getting benched all the time?

Can I ask why I only played 34 games in the AHL yet had a 1.87 GAA and haven't been promoted to the NHL?

No idea... Team looks very solid so I guess they just underachieved.

So, I played 2 games with Norfolk and had 1 goal. What am I doing there or being used as? Am I just getting benched all the time?

You're a veteran player now and the AHL limits the number of veteran players a team can dress per game. So yeah, technically you're being benched all the time but it's not (entirely) because you're not good enough for the AHL.

Can I ask why I only played 34 games in the AHL yet had a 1.87 GAA and haven't been promoted to the NHL?

Minnesota is playing worse goaltenders than you for some reason. Even Houston's starter doesn't look that great. I wish I had a better answer for you.

So I'm like Nolan Baumgartner basically. Not that great at anything or good enough for an NHL position, but still good enough to play in the AHL, eh?

Twochains went to Sweden because he wasn't getting contract offers from any NHL teams. If you play well enough overseas, NHL teams will take interest in you again.
