You picked the college route for Laser so WHL teams are going to stay away from you. There's a slight chance someone will take a late-round flyer on you hoping to change your mind but it's unlikely.

Correct. Since you're from Saudi Arabia, I believe you'd have to be taken in the CHL Import Draft which you won't be eligible for until you're 16/17. Unlikely that you'd go in the first round.

It's possible but entirely up to your player. I have no control over where he chooses to play.
