The ECHL weekly salary cap for 2012-13 is $12,400 and the weekly salary floor is $8,900 for an entire team. Bieber's personal net income has been over $50 million the last 2 calendar years and don't expect it to drop below the annual salary cap for an entire NHL team in 2012. Bakersfield would be able to afford him for about 3 seconds; the time it would take to have him sign his name on the Player Tryout Agreement.
